100goodbye's Journal, 27 January 2011

I worked out last night on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 4% grade. It felt great. Watching and listening to music on my droid really helps. I still went over on my calories though. Will try harder today. I have really stayed away from sweets, fastfood and unhealthy munching. I'm doing great. I have a lot of room for improvement. Made this super healthy whole wheat linguine with low fat alfredo sauce. It had marinaded chicken breast meat, peas and broccoli ...wow it was great.

I LOVE listening to music or watching my recorded tv shows while working out. I am trying to make that my new rule: when watching tv. shows.I MUST BE MOVING doing something jogging in place, lunges, squats, step ups, crunches, someething with my dumbells. Keep it up :) I need some good music for my ipod though.. My husband has loaded all kinds of things so sometimes its hard to jog and be pumped up while listening to soft slow love songs. lol
