yay.......!!!! in about two weeks i last more than 2 k.g. I was actually 81.1. I have been following the strictest diet of my life. was tempted many times to eat junk food. but the only bad thing during this time i had was a mountain dew. nothing else. \
My meal only included: oatmeal+weetabix+milk Masala Dosa Shish Taouk Carrot Cucumber Chicken Shawarma White Rice+Chicken Tikka(i know white rice is not the best) Orange Juice etc etc...!
