Doing well, back to using this website to track my food intake. I haven't gained any weight back, but seem to be stalled, stalled, stalled!!! AHHHH..

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 January 2011:
1506 kcal Fat: 81.25g | Prot: 147.24g | Carb: 51.03g.   Breakfast: Turkey Sausage crumbles, cream, splenda, coffee. Lunch: cheese whiz, cauliflower, broccoli, half and half, squash, ground turkey. Dinner: parmesan, chicken breast, squash, cauliflower, soy slender. Snacks/Other: Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, half and half, splenda, coffee. more...

those Atkins bars are known stallers for alot of people...perhaps try cutting out the bread, and the bars, and increasing your veggies to get in your carbs, and see how that works over a two to three week period. If no results, you can always add them back in... :)

Welcome back novbush! I would agree with Paula...try cutting out the Atkin's bars at least and see what happens..you may need to go back to induction for a couple of weeks and slowly creep back up on the carb count. Good luck, and glad to see you back! :D

Thanks for the support! I've been stalled long before the bars, but I will finish these off and the bread and restart intro phase I think. I got sick of eating the same old, same old. Do you have any good recipes to cook veggies a different way? I love cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, onions etc.
