Last workout day of my bulk is tonight :( but at least its leg day!

I get the weekend off, and I will continue to eat my 3000 calorie diet until monday so that my legs can recover.

cutting all of the sugar (from bananas and dextrose) out of my diet starting monday which will get me into the 2800 calorie range.

After a week I will drop more carbs until I'm at 2600, and again the following week to 2300-2400 to start my cut.

New goal will be a lean 165.
