I got my 4 miles in today which I didn't do yesterday because I got so sidetracked investigating this website as well as a couple of others that pertain to Atkins including their official website. Time just flew and before I knew it I had run out of it and had to run several errands. I think karma got me for it today though. The wind is blowing steadily around 20mph and gusting even higher and for the first 2 miles I was walking against it and didn't think I'd make it, but there are a lot of senior citizens who walk where I walk and dangit, if they can do it, I can do it. Some of them even walk with canes or walkers. The good news though was the wind was at my back on the last 2 miles. Bonus: free exfoliation from being sandblasted while walking along the beach. There is a silver lining after all.
