What do you usually eat for breakfast while trying to lose weight?🤔

Your breakfast looks great! I love to have a Jimmy Dean Eggwich with a sugar free vanilla cappuccino. Total calories usually work out to 500 for me because I prefer my coffee very creamy.

Thank you! Mmm that sounds good also! I should try out that sugar free vanilla cappuccino I cut back on coffee just because I overload it with creamer.😅 but maybe I should give that one a try.😁

It's not mostly "what" I eat to lose weight, it's how much I eat during the entire day bc I count my calories and if I go over then, I try to eat less the next day. EOS :)

I usually have a protein shake in the morning. Sometimes I add things to it--spinach, oats, chia, fruit, etc...If I feel like chewing, I'll turn it into oatmeal instead of blending

I'm boring. 24 oz cottage cheese 40g oatmeal. I'm not trying to lose necessarily but it's been happening.

in general I love oatmeal with peanut butter, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, and a banana or a couple of eggs with sauteed greens/vegetables, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce over rice!

@slowmeta oooh okay well that’s smart. I should give that a try. @rckc a protein shake actually sounds like a good idea especially if your on the go. @daphneblowers I’m the exact same way! Lol until I start wanting something different😅 @Hebrews1036 haha that’s fine nothing wrong with being a little boring I’ve literally just been doing eggs or yogurt in the morning. @cosmictracheophyte that does sound yummy! Especially with all those flavors. But thank you all for sharing, I’m definitely going to switch up my breakfast.😄

Egg, toast, jam, hibiscus ice tea, international coffee cappuccino (no redeeming value) and a spicy heritage bean combo that I make every week and have for breakfast. About 350 calories

Half a pot of Espresso-strength black coffee, glass of water, a banana, and a cup of whatever seasonal fruit is happening (grapes, red raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries etc.). This isn't really "diet" food for me, though. I eat this same breakfast formula when I'm thin or fat. It's the REST of the day that can go sideways!

For me no breakfast. For five years I’m doing Islamic fasting ( similar to intermittent fasting but no water). So even if I’m not fasting I don’t eat breakfast. First meal is dinner. But I used to eat oatmeal. It’s geat makes you full all day.

My typical breakfast consist of an 9 Tbsp egg white omelet, eaten with peppers and onions, and occasionally a baked potato, some hot sauce and a cup of Fruit. Calories are between 200-400 depending on if I add the potato.

My usual breakfast is a 4-egg omelet with vegetables. Onions, mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, that kind of veg.

Mine is a chocolate strawberry protein smoothie made with unsweetened almond milk, protein powder, collagen, fiber and cinnamon and a cup of decaf coffee with sugar free creamer. About 200 calories depending on what fruit I put in each morning.

Yummm that looks so good! I've been practicing intermittent fasting for the past couple of months, so my "breakfast" is usually a cup of coffee with some almond milk. I don't eat until lunch, which is usually a salad or a grains bowl or something. But on the weekends I'll treat myself to a hot brunch, which is usually eggs on toast, or maybe a breakfast burrito (eggs, black beans, onions, avocado, salsa all in a tortilla). Yummmmm. =)
