Despite my holiday weight gain and my bad eating on the weekends the last couple months I've maintained my weight. If you were to look at my weight history on here you'd see I'm HORRIBLE at "Yo-yo"ing. I think Intermittent Fasting is really the solution FOR ME to reach and maintain weight. I've struggled with hunger and cravings in the past but this seems to at least let me channel it into an "on-off" kind of thing. My goal is to get to 181 lbs by the end of April 2014 using a combination of Lean gains IF and Low Carb-Paleo like diet Monday through Friday while training. With a once a week high cal Carb-up to help restore Leptin and other hormone levels on Saturday followed by a 36 hour fast Sunday-Monday morning. I'll add in extra carb up days as needed to fix any dietary slogs or hurdles that happen. I do well training on low carb so I'm not concerned with those at this time and will cross that bridge when I come to it.


I've got some planned cheats along the way for events as well and I'll be using a 36 hour fast to help offset the likely HIGH calories of alcohol and food.

Here's to my last BIG cut.
