I have been walking on the treadmill 5 days a week. So today I decided that I should try running. I walked for 28 minutes and ran for 4 minutes. It was a short run, but nevertheless I ran! I'm pretty stoked that I actually ran. Today was the first time I ran in 13 years. I couldn't believe I actually did it. Yay!!!

Great Job!! Welcome! :) Weight loss is a journey so make it a fun exciting one. I have found logging in my food and exercise has help me on this journey. Remember to save some calories, etc. for after working out, you want to eat some protein within 45 mins of working out. This helps with recovery and it is something to look forward to. I recommend Chobani Greek Yogurt, or a protein shake/smoothie. You can do this
