I am definitely pleased with this loss. My appetite is finally decreasing, and I think all the raw, healthy food is helping cleanse my body of its desire for junky, greasy, salty foods. I have been so distracted lately, though, I haven't really been eating every few hours like I should. Last night was not a good dinner. Toaster pastries and a trail mix bar... Meh. I was running late for class and grabbed stuff I could eat while in class. Oh well, it happens sometimes.

I haven't exercised in almost a week. Not good. I blame the cold. Okay, I blame my laziness, and being so distracted, and the cold, and not feeling too great (sore throat for past several days). I should run today. I am still considering one of those Kinect fitness games. My concern is that they wouldn't be much of a workout. But having something like that at home might influence me to work out more. Even the walk to the apartment's fitness center is discouraging because of the cold. Plus, it's small and half the stuff is old, noisy, and broken. Bummer.

I have been sleeping WAY better. My body is trying to wake up earlier than usual though, so I'm not sure how to take that. Sometimes I will snooze in the mornings, and I think that is making me more tired during the day. I know I should get right out of bed and stay awake... but... sleep is so nice. And the bed is so warm... Hehe.

I am a bed hog-always snooze and feel so groggy for the rest of the day...and I have no excuse-LA is pretty warm. Congratulations on the loss!
