supposed to be close to 80 degrees today! wow! brought my tennis shoes because the boys are out of school and figured I would take them to the park for lunch break and try to get some moving in - it is gorgeous outside!

still working on slowly getting back to low carb - had a atkins frozen meal yesterday - chili con carne - was delicious but all I was thinking was I paid $3 for this! I can make a whole of pot of this for almost that price! lol May just do that! :-) Today I brought some other meal? May start making my own frozen meals :-)

I keep a stash of those in the freezer at work. My favorite is the Crustless Chicken Pot Pie. I eat it with a spoon like a stew.
