Phase 1 lasted only 3 days for me. I couldn't make it! I had fruit slip ups, and then last night broke down and had icecream. I love mushrooms, and could eat a giant bowl of them for every meal, but I get tired of salads for every meal, unless they have some different ingredients. Its hard to make healthy food have variety when you are poor!
