I've been at the same weight for about 5 days now, but I did slim down in inches.
Las weeks Measurements:
Bust: 41
Ribs: 37.5
Waist: 41
Hips: 46
Arms: 14.5
Calves: 17


This weeks Measurements:
Bust: 39.5
Ribs: 38
Waist: 38
Hips: 45.5
Arms: 14.5
Calves: 16.5

So I lost in some areas but not in others. My diet has been really on track, only a few cheats with alcohol over the weekend, but mostly have cut that out of my diet. I've just been mostly doing treadmill and elipticall exercising, sometimes bike or a rowing machine, but this week my goal is to incorporate some ab workouts and some arm toning workouts!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know this is going to sound dumb, but I'm never sure if my measurements are correct. Do you have someone do your measuring or do you have any tips of how to get a good measurement! Congratulation on the progress!!
