So I lost in some areas but not in others. My diet has been really on track, only a few cheats with alcohol over the weekend, but mostly have cut that out of my diet. I've just been mostly doing treadmill and elipticall exercising, sometimes bike or a rowing machine, but this week my goal is to incorporate some ab workouts and some arm toning workouts!
