Weigh day Saturday and I cant wait! To be honest im not too sure why because I've got a feeling I wont have lost anything this week due to some snacky food I've been eating, but im still looking forward to it.
Im just interested to see if I will loose any weight, as some weeks when I've been bad I've lost the same (and on some occasions, more) as what I have on a good week.
Something else im going to do as of tomorrow is to make sure I add everything to my food journal in advance (brilliant tip from Chadlius)and try to stick to it but if I do eat anything extra, add it there and then so I don't forget.
