I have been making my own Greek yogurt dressing from scratch. Salad dressings can ruin a good salad or take it to the next level.

@lettygaylor I've never tried it, was my first time. I really like ranch but heard about yogurt ranch being better..

Men have different taste palettes than women do. Like my husband, he likes more sugary, saltier, fatty foods than I do. I finally got him to drink sugar-free drinks because he's beginning to get a pooch-belly. He doesn't want to exercise and the most he will do is go for walks. I can't seem to get him motivated to do more than that, but I'm happy he's at least doing something
