Cant' believe how great I feel eating better. I'm trying to keep my meals between 1500 and 1800 calories. I don't feel deprived. I don't feel hungry. I feel releived. Free. Lighter already because I'm not overeating.

It really is alot of food when you start counting right? I mean I find some days its hard for me to even make my 1500. Plus I feel like I am making healthier choices. Good luck and keep up the good work
