Not hungry today. Im back to work in 2 weeks. I can expect weight loss then. No snacking during the day.Too busy. I know you need to eat to loose, but when you see diets that suggest that you have salmon and steamed veggies for lunch. get real! I have maybe 20 mins to eat something. Im lucky to eat a sandwich or a small salad. Dinner is a bit different. I get tired of salads everyday as well. So my challenge is to pack a healthy low fat/cal lunch to keep me going that are filling and tasty.
