C25K W2D2 today. It was much harder than I thought! I did it though, and I'm happy I did. I can't wait to run on Tuesday and see what happens, now that I really know what I'm in for.
I felt like I overate today, but I didn't really, which was nice... and I still got a deficit, albeit a small one, so that's good, too.
