Wt this morning in sweats 194.6, and no edema, so things are going in the right direction at least. Didn't take any lasix either. Will check BS and BP later in the day. Wearing shoes with inserts inside the house even as my heel burns if I don't. WEIGHT AT 10 p.m. was also 194.6 so no accumulated weight from water today, not bad at all.

Had trouble going to sleep last night, but got up at 9 anyway and made myself stay up. I don't want to get my nights and days turned around backwards. It will be difficult enough to keep on schedule with the train leaving at 3 a.m. and all that. Maybe I can sleep on the train some. I am about packed. Cereal for breakfast with apple, noticed the sodium content of the cherrios either regular or generic brands is so high in sodium, 160-190 though low in calories, but is 3 grams of whole grain oats.

ate a salad for lunch with the balsamic vinegar only for dressing and some Mrs. Dash's

Cooling off outside a bit but not cold yet. Ate stew for dinner, and was quite good actually. spent most of day packing or getting ready for trip.
