No change in weight today. I weigh daily because it keeps me focused with no illusions. I changed my weight goal so as to be with the 25% BMI. No matter though - it is still one day at a time and one pound at a time. I am counting calories and staying true to my commitment in that regard with a +/- of 50 Kcal.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2014:

I'm with you. I weigh every day. I only went down .2 and I know that realistically that could mean I stayed the same (water weight). Still I'm happy that I didn't go upwards. I'll take what I can get--LOL.
