10 lbs in a month! I can’t believe it, I’m so excited for more!! And during the holidays. So hard! Once all the goodies go away it’ll be a little easier, food-wise! Found some good HIIT workouts I’ve been doing. It’s tough to balance everything with a 16 month old running around. 🤗😰😄

Freetime, thanks! I’m not using a plan, just counting calories according to my daily amount recommended by this app, which is 1900 daily. I’m eating more proteins, watching my macros, and exercise daily if I can, especially 20-30 min High Intensity Interval workouts on YouTube. Also allowing myself treats still, just small portions, so I’m not binging. Mostly water and some milk/coffee to drink occasionally. ☺️

Yes, bondgirl! Exactly! Yes to the food 🤯—I let the dog eat her leftovers 😁. And somehow we’re supposed to get 8 hrs of solid sleep, too. I can’t imagine with 2 yet! They’re blessings, but mommy time is scarce! 😋 I do mommy and me and toddler and me workouts sometimes or walk inside or outside with her in her stroller... but it’s always an extra effort! Haha keep up the good work trying!
