Still cleaning out the last of the holiday left-overs. Yeah, I could toss them, but that's wasteful & unnecessary when restraint is practiced. I'm also calling upon the power of self-restraint to keep from weighing today. I know how I am; I now I'll get obsessive, if I let myself, so no weighing for a week or more.
Breakfast: 1c of Land O Lakes Raspberry Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa (Part of a gift, specifically chosen because of my love of raspberries and dark chocolate. It was good, but not fulfilling enough for the amount of sugar, sodium, fat, and calories it contained. When are drinks ever, though?)
Lunch: 1-2c of homemade 10 (dried) bean soup with sausage slices
Snack: 1 Menta chocolate-centered hard mint
Dinner: 3-5c of bran flakes with skim milk 1 Olive Garden garlic bread stick
Water: 8+
