Not my best day, but I did resist the allure of delicious spice cake, which I LOVE, & eating after eight. I just need to get more dang sleep. I like to exercise in the morning, but I'm asleep or too tired in the morning. Foolishness.

Breakfast: None (Slept late)

Lunch:
1-2c of 10 (dried) bean soup with sausage slices
1 shortening biscuit (3-4" circle)

Snack:
1 Spree candy cane

Dinner:
1 medium corncob with a light brushing of margarine
5 turkey porcupine meatballs
1 1-2" wedge of jalapeno cornbread

Snack:
2 Spree candy canes

Water: 8+

Exercise: 25 crunches (for the Challenge)
