Because this site's catalogue for calorie-counting is quite limited, I'll try to keep a recording of my real intakes in my journal, at least when there's nothing like what I ate in the directory. (And, no, I won't be entering recipes. I did so on TDP, pre-LS, & it was too time-consuming & easy to obsess over.)
Breakfast: Nothing (Slept late)
Lunch: 1-1.5c of homemade 10 (dried) bean soup with sausage slices 1-2"-wide wedge of homemade jalapeno cornbread
Dinner: 1 slice of Pizza Hut hand-tossed pepperoni, beef, & red onion pizza 1 slice of Pizza Hut stuffed crust pepperoni pizza
Water: 64oz++
Exercise: 1 hour Wii Fit
