Because this site's catalogue for calorie-counting is quite limited, I'll try to keep a recording of my real intakes in my journal, at least when there's nothing like what I ate in the directory. (And, no, I won't be entering recipes. I did so on TDP, pre-LS, & it was too time-consuming & easy to obsess over.)

Breakfast:
Nothing (Slept late)

Lunch:
1-1.5c of homemade 10 (dried) bean soup with sausage slices
1-2"-wide wedge of homemade jalapeno cornbread

Dinner:
1 slice of Pizza Hut hand-tossed pepperoni, beef, & red onion pizza
1 slice of Pizza Hut stuffed crust pepperoni pizza

Water: 64oz++

Exercise: 1 hour Wii Fit

How are you going to be able to track your calories by just writing what food you ate in your journal? If what you're eating is homemade, you can create the item privately in your cookbook by "building" your meal, item by item.

I'm focusing on portion control instead of tracking cals. Later I may focus on specifics, but for now I prefer a less obsessive approach.
