Followed my food plan really well. I found my old pilates DVD and made an exercise room in the basement for me to workout. Never had that before. I'm curious to see how that helps in the long term. Also a great room for meditation. I went for a walk in the snow yesterday in the late morning and it was gorgeous. I've never done that before, and I'm so glad I bundled up and headed out. There's a big storm settling in and I'm hoping I can head out for a walk later. If not, maybe I can get to the mall and walk around there? I think the 10,000 steps is key to me keeping the weight off. I need to be more mindful of the easy steps I can take to keep my weight under control.
