Ok so Day 4 of restart!!!
Had a sneak peak on scales & very happy to say I'm already 1 kilo down, without really trying, just cutting down the portion size to about half & eating more veg.. Still been having a few drinks (but hey it is that time of the year) Will improve on that soon...
This entry is to be a reminder to me to never give up!!! Keep going despite all the obstacles that can come up in every day life...
I am worth it & will get there this time, I refuse to give up like I have over the pat few years of trying (really embarrassed looking back seeing how long I have been struggling to looses this weight :( THIS IS MY YEAR TO SUCCEED !!!!!!!

Thanks Gina :) Went a bit off the rails last night, was feeling really hungry so I gave in & ate crap ( Not a drop booze though!!!) & felt over full :( Never mind though, back into again today...
Had fun mucking around with you all yesterday, was thinking that next time I will go for a jog around the oval..
