Yesterday I turned over a new leaf. I did well keeping up here and so I'm pulling myself back into FS, yet still writing it down on the Diet Journal I carry with me as well. Seeing that it is the 9th week (wanted to just stop everything last week - last 2 weeks have been ROUGH) and knowing it's okay to have really challenging weeks. It's part of lifestyle change. So, I'm here.
How I'm breaking down the classifications: 5-- Shake, water and workout done 4 -- Shake and water done 3 - Shake done 2 - Water done 1- The earth shook, I fell down, and landed in a puddle.
So today -- I'm striving for a 5, but will be okay with a 4.
