Christmas time sure is here....surrounded by all kinds of goodies! I win some and I lose some...but I keep faithful to the workouts and the writing it down in my journal. Hope everyone is doing well!

Train like an athlete- Chalene Johnson

Today will be a 5 - already knocked out the workout today. Feels so good to feel some soreness....and NOT from sitting so long on a plane! LOL. Yesterday I marched right over to the elliptical and pounded out the calories...getting faster...did just over 2.11 miles in 27:07 minutes. (I assure you at the 2 mile mark, my butt slowed wayyyyyyyy down. - The program only allows you 29 minutes to do 2.86 miles, and will turn itself off when it reaches 29 minutes regardless of where you are!)

Planning shakeology tonight -- and will be mixing it with fresh apple and celery juice (we have a juicer). Just wanted to mix it up...no pun intended.

This is the 2nd day that I've started writing down what I think I will have for breakfast, only to due to lack of time, reversing the written order in my book. LOL! So breakfast looks like supper, and supper looks like it could be breakfast!

I know, I'm so silly! Working on my caffeine for the day - earl grey black tea bag with green tea bag - got to have the warmth to get this ol' gal motoring!! Then to start on the water....would like it where I have all 64 fl oz done before I leave the office today!
