In October, I averaged 1597 calories per day, just under my RDI of 1600, I swam 16 days and I LOST 7.9 POUNDS. In September I averaged 1647 calories per day, swam 20 days and I GAINED 0.2 POUNDS. This is a long-term journey, and I've tried to keep my eye on my goal, because sometimes, in the short-term, it's difficult to see the progress. Wishing all of you the success you're working so hard to achieve. 💚💛💜

very heart felt Shir. Stay as determined as you are. you'll get to where you are going. You will get use to the lower cals in a week or 2 I'm my case along the journey. intermittent fasting in a 6 hour window daily can do wonders also.
