I have been doing so poorly. I haven't been recording my food, I haven't been able to exercise for four days, yesterday was my first day back. I've been eating crap I was up a pound this morning, I haven't lost weight in two weeks, blah, blah, blah, whoa is me. My emotional turmoil continues, the stress factor of the holidays and money flying out of my pocket every opportunity it can is too much for me to handle right now. My goals seem to be getting away from me. I think I've hit that weight loss wall!

For the weight/exercise: Forget about yesterday, we can't change the past- Today is a new day, start fresh. We all have our ups and downs. But we have to keep moving forward...
As with stress- I think we all are feeling it this year, financially or emotionally in one way or another. Try to stay focused on the true meaning of Christmas. Do some fun inexpensive things with your son. I sometimes think the quality time spent with someone outweighs a gift that will be tossed aside (I have learned this from my daughter).
