1 pkg high fiber oatmeal: 160 cals, 260 mg sodium, 10 g fiber, 7 g sugar, 34g carbs, 2 gs fat
2-3 oz coffee
Water

SNACK: (0930) apple-med. (72 cals, total fat .23g, 1mg sodium, total carbs 6%, dietary fiber 13%

LUNCH:
Fun size snack plain m&ms (70 cals, trans fat 3g, sat fat 2 g, sugar 9 g, sodium 10 mg)
Garden Salad with 1 oz Italian Dressing on the side (dipped the fork, no happy about that) (1 oz lean turkey and 1 oz of lean ham, 1 boiled egg- lettuce, 3 slices of cucumber, 3 small slices of tomato, carrots) 123 cals, 7.41 fat g’s, 7.41 g’s of carbs, 7.86 protein

2 oz coffee
