Working my way out of my slump. Took measurements today, good thing as I got quite the boost out of that.
This month I lost another 5 inches. WOW how did that happen???
Bust - stayed same
Hips - lost an inch
Thighs - lost 1/2 inch off each
Upper Arms - lost an inch off each
Calfs - lost 1/2 inch off each
Wrists - stayed same

Total inches lost in past 5 months = 21 inches
Total pounds lost in past 5 months = 21 pounds

I had a pair of shorts on today while we were putting up decorations in the house. My hubby said he can definately tell my butt and legs are getting smaller! God bless for compliments at just the right time!!
Gonna change up some of the foods this month and shoot for about 40carbs/30protein/30fat and eat foods that are lower on the glygemic index. Will see if that makes any difference on the scale.

Congrats on the inches!! Good for you not letting the dumb scale get the best of you. And ya gotta love it when the hubby gives a sincere compliment. I'm thinking about switching things up too, not sure what yet, tho. Good luck hon!
