I went a little over my RDI of 1900 cals yesterday, by 74 cals, and this morning I showed a 1 lb. loss. Probably mostly water weight. I was worried I had gone way over my limit until I entered my food. I did have a soda yesterday, but I also had a low-cal dinner (one turkey burger, no bun, and green beans). However, I also then had 2 cups of frozen yogurt. I tried so hard to stop at 1 cup, even waited about 30 minutes, but I still wanted that 2nd cup soooo bad, so I caved. Oh well, at least frozen yogurt is somewhat healthier than regular ice cream.

I also didn't do any workouts yesterday, I was just too tired by the time I was able to, and I felt my body needed to rest after my workout the day before yesterday, which was pretty intense: 55 min of high-speed cardio. The day before that I had done a 20 min HIIT workout which was also very intense. Today's workout will be Sculpt 30, so no cardio. I might try to get in a 20 min jog/walk, too. I was supposed to do the Sculpt 30 right after the 20 min HIIT workout, but I was short on time, so I decided I would do that one another day.
