was it good? what brand is that? 

It's the premier protein from Costco. I really like it 😊 I just added it to my black coffee and put some cinnamon and a little pumpkin spice in it. 😋

How is that flavor of shake alone? I like chocolate, strawberries, and banana, but not their peach or vanilla 

these shakes are my saving grace so many times. great meal replacement/snack on the go and even better in the blender with some frozen fruit! haven't tried that flavor yet 

Oh goodness! I didn’t know they made that flavor of premier protein! 😍 

I drink this brand of shake. It beats skipping a meal. I use them when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to prepare and eat a regular meal. I also use them instead of milk on the days I eat cereal for breakfast. It's a lot of protein for so few calories...

Didn't know Premiem Protein had a pumpkin spice flavor. Sounds good and an excellent way to break fast. 

Ruthe, I'm not sure if it's new or not, but it does say limited edition so maybe they only have them during fall season. They are super yummy and I agree that they're a great way to break a fast 😋 😊
