well now I have a gun to my head to lose 10 lb. in 3 mos. Had an appt. with my attending and my b/p was 140/90. To try to put off starting b/p med I bargained to try to lose 10 lb by my next appt. If my pressure doesn't go down then I will probably have to start a med anyway. I think I can meet the wt. goal but I have done this many times before.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
