No changes in my weight for the last few days. Kind of bummed out about that. Checking my food logs for clues because I feel like I'm doing the right things food wise. I did check my measurements and I am still decreasing there, so there is still hope.

This is hard to live with, because loss on the scale is what we are so geared towards, but if you are doing the squats, you are tearing down and building up muscle. For me, this process involves my newly healing muscles retaining water to "soothe their aching selves". (I picture my muscles soaking their feet, metaphorically speaking.)
It takes a while for your body to adjust. Supposedly then you will see a big drop. Hang in there. You are not alone.

It's normal to stay the same for a few days (even a week). Think about all the changes our bodies are going through as we lose. If you are close to goal, then that is a reason right thee. The closer you are to goal, the slower the weight loss tends to be, which means you may only lose a little each week. Dig your heals in! Track that food. Drink that water. Watch your sodium and bites, licks and tastes. You can do it!
