Gained 1 lb. this week. I was very good about what I ate and counted all my calories. I going to take it as muscle gain not fat!! I have a 10 mile race on Sunday. I am feeling really good so I'm not going to let the 1 lb. gain get to me!

Sounds like water weight from something. It could be too much sodium yesterday, exercise causing your muscles to retain water, medication, stress, inflammation, etc. So many things can effect the scale even when you everything right. It actually takes woman a while to gain an actual pound of muscle (especially compared to men). Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
