Ok so I've had a terribly few months on the diet front. Life hasn't been that bad though, I just haven't been motivated but that's changing now. I started a new job a couple of weeks ago at the hospital and I love it, it's so satisfying and it's done my self-worth a lot of good. So I've bough an exercise bike and I'm trying to eat healthier.. See how long this lasts eh??
