I have been absolutely diabolical the last couple of months, put on a lot of weight but enough is enough now. Sometimes I think I kinda have to engage in a bit of self-sabotage just to kick myself up the arse. Ah well, whatever, what's done is done and it can be undone and it will. Starting again now.
