Ok, thanks to kkd1125 and the way she sets her mini-goals, I am making an official mini goal (which was my goal #2 listed before) of making it to 225lbs by October 31st-Halloween.
That way, there's really not a ton of pressure to do it too quickly, and it's VERY reasonable that I can lose 6lbs between now and then.
My #1 mini-goal is still right there, 2 lbs away. Grr.
