I did treat myself today - some caramel/cheddar/butter popcorn and half a bag of fun size peanut M&M's. However, I could have done worse and I am still under my RDI. I need to remember to DRINK MORE WATER.

Good job going to boot camp today -- looked in the mirror and definitely started to notice changes in my body and it felt good!! Well worth eating well and working out, keep it up! :)

I know, I hear ya. I need to drink more water too! I am trying to work out a system for drinking more. I have a tendency to always grab a diet coke instead, especially because it curbs my hunger. Good to treat yourself sometimes though in terms of eating the m&ms. ;)
