Hello all! My name is Amanda and I am 25 years old. My goal in life is to become a high school English teacher, and I am pretty close to achieving that goal. I have completed my graduate work, and I am pretty much job searching while substitute teaching. My family and I are very close, and I plan on staying in my hometown because I want to be around the people I love most. I enjoy reading, watching movies, conversations, listening to and discovering new music, creating, shopping, interior decorating, dining, and learning new things.
Two years ago, I lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers. It was a huge accomplishment and everyone I knew was extremely proud and noticed how different I looked and acted. I felt like a whole new person and felt as if it helped me in almost every area of my lifestyle. I got out of a troublesome relationship, I felt healthy and alive, and I became much more social. I was happy.
After some time, nevertheless, was hard to keep off, and I started gaining weight back. I didn't gain everything back, but I really hope that I am able to lose tough 15-20 pounds I DID gain back, and that I will be able to feel healthy and happy.
