I went to a business and had to go to the bathroom so while I was in there they had a mirror that showed my lower part of my torso so I was actually able to see how good I'm looking. I was like dang I'm definitely looking much better. I hated the way I used to look, but things are improving so I'm liking what I'm seeing.
