Weigh in this morning has stayed the same....blah. Correctly assumed that feeling horrible and run-down yesterday was due to not enough calories. Feel a billion times better after bumping up carbs (added some fruit) and amount of food yesterday.
On the bright side, photos this morning show slight improvement over last week, especially the side view, so there's that!
