After a week of serious dieting, woke up today after 9.5 hours (a ton!) of sleep feeling horrible and run down. Pretty sure it's the low calories that's doing it, but my DAMNED stubborn body has only lost like 2lbs. This is how I know calories in vs. out doesn't work --> I am pretty sure I had wayyy more than 2lb deficit of calories, and also cutting out all sugar and carbs for the most part.

Sometimes, I hate being female.
