Wow... sooo hungry tonight ended up eating. Tried to be smart and not eat junk so I roasted up some veggies real quickly and ate some chicken instead of the stuff I really wanted which I would have regretted. Still... I wish I had more restraint at night. I can do so well all day and then late at night... this. Ugh.

I try to freeze grapes (doesn't matter which ones) and munch on those when I'm feeling like I need something. The frozen grapes are so good in the summer, they're cool, satisfying and free! Also, try making smoothies...they're very good and amazingly filling if you just sip on them. Looks like you made a good choice tho, with the roasted veggies...I love veggies and sprinkled with season all on them! :)

Good choices! I haven't froze grapes. I am sure they are great because I love them! I freeze bananas. I cut them in half then in quarter strips. Very good!
