I am hungry today. I haven't eaten dinner yet but already entered my planned meal that I will eat after ZUMBA! I'm not sure I am eating enough calories but I do not know how to eat more without increasing my carbs. This site said my RDI should be 2500 but that is WAY to many calories for me, I adjusted it to 1500 but still rarely eat that many. I know I can eat more protein but I am already eating between 18-20 oz protein a day. More veggies means more carbs, few calories. Not sure what the right answer is. Any thoughts?
