I don't have a scale at home because I would become obsessed and weigh in every day so I only weigh in when I can drop by my dr. office. Since I drive my child to school on the way to work, in the opposite direction from the dr. office, I don't get to go there often. I am anxious to weigh in and see how my weight loss is going since I started using this site. I felt I was kindof at a stand still or at least going VERY slow since I started exercising daily on Aug 1st so I am hoping this site will help me find ways to get back to the steady loss 1-2+ pounds per week I was seeing before the exercise. I joined the 20lbs by Christmas challenge, I hope I can do it!
