I didn't record any diet calendar entries for July 20-21, because that was the company camping trip at Trillium Lake. I ate lots of bad stuff, but didn't overeat (mostly carbs - potato chips and cookies). However, I did do some physical activity, like floating in the lake, throwing the football, frisbee, walking. My conclusion is that I probably averaged what most of my weekends have been like. Higher calorie intake, but still net burning of calories.
