Only one pound down on week 2...not sure about this plan, bit do love that I don't have to count and track everything, that the food seems whole and healthy, and, of course, like any food addict, I LOVE cheat day!!!!!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
