Since Tuesday I have not been recording. It seems that I let myself get caught up with other things like spending time with my family. I want to become more discipline because I can recognize my eating habits and change them. So instead of giving back up I am going to recall as much as I can from the days I did not record so i can get back on track. I am determined be the best I can be when i fall I can get up. Still focusing on being a better me now.

Okay I have taken the time to add my foods for the days I missed. So that makes me feel better. I do see that when I am not tracking my calorie intake is close or bit more. For the rest of today I will challenge myself to only drink water 124 oz total. I will also challenge myself to eat more fruits and vegetables. I know I can do this and I am going to continue to eat what I want and excercise more making sure that I stay under 2300 calories. I will also repeat my excercise routine from monday which I felt the effects in my muscles all week.
